These terms and conditions of delivery ("Agreement") apply to the delivery of products ordered from Farmasy.co ("Seller") by you ("Customer"). By placing an order for delivery, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Delivery
1. The Seller will deliver the products to the address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase.
2. The Seller will make every effort to deliver the products within the estimated delivery time, but the delivery time is not guaranteed.
3. The Seller will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and transportation disruptions.
4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse delivery to any location it deems unsafe or inaccessible.
Shipping Fees
1. The shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at the time of purchase.
2. The shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns and Refunds
1. The Customer may return the products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
2. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were delivered.
3. The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. The Seller will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
Limitation of Liability
1. The Seller will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the products.
2. The Seller's liability for any claim arising from this Agreement will be limited to the purchase price of the products.
Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller is located.
Changes to this Agreement
The Seller reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The Customer will be notified of any changes to this Agreement.
